Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your Impress AI account data and any Instagram or Facebook-connected data processed through the service.

How to Request Deletion

• Use the form below to request deletion of your Impress AI account data, connected Meta platform data, or both.
• You may identify your account using your email address, your Instagram or Facebook-connected user ID, or both.
• If you remove the app from Meta's Apps and Websites settings and send a deletion request there, Meta may also call this URL directly using its signed-request callback flow.

What We Delete

• Connected Instagram or Facebook account metadata and related access credentials stored by Impress AI.
• Meta-connected operational data retained for comment tools, message tools, publishing, and webhook tracking, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
• Impress AI account information and project content when requested, subject to any limited records we must keep for lawful business, billing, abuse-prevention, or security reasons.

What Happens Next

• After we receive the request, we create a confirmation code and a status page for tracking.
• We review the request and begin deletion or disconnection steps as applicable.
• Where deletion cannot be completed immediately or in full, the status page may describe the reason.
