These Terms of Service govern your use of Impress AI and related services.

By accessing or using Impress AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You may not use another person's account without authorization.

2. Service Description

Impress AI provides tools for creating, editing, rendering, managing, and optionally publishing video and social content. Some features rely on third-party platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
  • You may not interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
  • You may not use connected social features in a way that violates Meta policies or the rights of third parties.

4. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload or create through the service.
  • You grant Impress AI the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, reproduce, render, transmit, and display that content in order to provide the service.
  • You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload, generate, or publish.

5. Instagram and Facebook Integrations

  • Connected social features require you to authorize Impress AI to access limited account data and perform account actions you initiate.
  • Your use of Instagram and Facebook remains subject to Meta's own terms, policies, permissions, and platform limitations.
  • We may suspend or remove connected features if Meta changes access, permissions, or compliance requirements.

6. Availability and Changes

  • We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
  • Features may vary between staging and production environments.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, or if continued service would create legal or operational risk.

8. Disclaimers

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on generated content or for third-party platform actions, outages, or rejections.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impress AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. Privacy and Deletion

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you want your account data or Meta-connected data deleted, use the data deletion request page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
