This policy applies to Impress AI services made available at impressai.io and staging.impressai.io, including account registration, video editing, publishing tools, and connected Meta platform features.

2. Information We Collect

Account information such as email address, company name, store name, contact name, and login credentials.
Content you upload or create, including videos, images, audio, captions, edits, renders, and related project metadata.
Support and communications data you submit through our contact forms, support email, or other direct communication channels.
Technical and usage data needed to secure, operate, maintain, and improve the service.

3. Instagram and Facebook-Connected Data

If you choose to connect Instagram or Facebook features through Impress AI, we may receive and store limited platform data needed to provide those features.

Connected account identifiers, usernames, profile name, account type, and profile image metadata.
Access tokens and related connection metadata required to maintain the authorized connection.
Comments, direct-message thread summaries, webhook events, publish status data, media IDs, and similar account-action data returned by Meta APIs when you request those features.
Rendered media URLs or upload session metadata required to publish content that you choose to send to Instagram.

4. How We Use Information

To create and manage your Impress AI account.
To host, process, render, and deliver your uploaded media and generated outputs.
To enable Instagram or Facebook-connected features that you initiate, such as login, comment tools, message tools, and publishing.
To provide customer support, respond to questions, and troubleshoot product issues.
To protect the security, integrity, and reliability of the service.
To improve the product, monitor performance, and maintain internal records.

5. Legal Basis and Disclosure

We process data to provide the services you request, to maintain the security and operation of the service, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information provided through the Meta platform integration.

6. Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us host, operate, monitor, and support the service.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights and users.
When you use Instagram or Facebook-connected features, your use is also subject to Meta's own terms and privacy policies.

7. Retention

We retain account and project data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, and support ongoing business operations.
Meta-connected data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the connected features, operational records, security, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
Some information may remain in backups, logs, or records for a limited period after deletion requests are processed.

8. Your Choices and Deletion Rights

You can disconnect linked Instagram or Facebook accounts from the product when that feature is available.
You can request deletion of your Impress AI account data or Meta-connected data by using the data deletion request page.
You can also contact us directly to request deletion or account assistance.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
